settings for playback features

Probably elementary or dumb, but I cannot recall how I set playback features in itunes 12 ( latest version ) on old computer and need to do it for new computer ( also running windows 7) that is, I am trying to set it to start at the beginning of song or music video, instead of picking up where I left off. I have all items set except that is happening, and I want to force it to start at beginning. Please give me step by step.
