Q: Incorrect Activity Data
Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to correct incorrect activity data? My wife has reduced her goals to around 200 calories a day just to experiment with the activity app and she still is unable to reach that goal unless its a day she does a workout. She is up and down steps all day at work (which would certainly raise the heart rate to be considered exercise.)
Just curious if there is something we are missing. You would have to be a vegetable to not burn 200 calories a day. Also her stand goals work when they feel like it.
There has also been times where she went for a 3 mile walk fast walk up and down hills and it gave her about 10 minutes of exercise.
