Songs on phone wont play some explicit songs, please help

Songs on Computer play explicit words, even though it does not say explicit, but on the phone most of the songs are censored? Why is this happening? What throws me off is that not all of the songs are censored. Some songs even say E but are still censored. Explicit play is also on. Any solutions?
