IOS 9.2.1 iphone 4s sms problem
I have an iphone 4s 64gb recent upgraded to iOS 9.2.1.
I notice that i can't send an normal sms more than 110 char long.
Please help me.

Check with your cell provider. While you are on hold with them do a Forced Restart on your phone: hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
