Q: 404 not found

I have a MacBook Pro, Version OS X El Capitan.  I have always used google.com as my homepage in Safari.  I am now getting a 404 not found error on the laptop, but not on my iPad.  Could you please help me?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
