Mac Pro 2.8 (2009) has a recent unexpected shutdown problem

Here is one of the panic reports below, hope someone can decipher this for me I have checked hardware reseated everything and installed hardware monitor to keep an eye on the temps, but have it running now in air con. Took it home the other day and after 40 mins it shutdown again. Graphics card is running about 59 degrees, and so is northbridge and its heat sinc and pCle slot everything else around 35-40 degrees. After shutdown the other day it wouldnt even power up untill I cooled it right down so think it must be a hardware issue. I highlighted the faulting CPU bit in red was wondering if I should reseat processor with new past? Any advice would be great

At first when it was still hot nothing happened when I pushed power button but after it had cooled in the air con workshop it was powering up to the chimes and then quickly shutting off. Now I have it running again and am monitoring temps, running a few applications and it seems fine but if I move it out of the air con it runs for about 30 mins and then shuts off.

Thanks to you both for your replies. Regarding the graphics card I also thought that strange too, but it is the original card that came with the machine. Could it be that the card itself is overheating? its running at 58 degrees at the moment. The temp monitor lists 8 CPU cores and between 4 and six are showing a temperature but this seems to change, sometime only 4 or five. I thought as its a quad core there should be only 4! I was going to re-seat the processor with new paste but it you think its more likely to be the video car maybe I should try and get another one first.
