sync calendar

iPhone 5s: IOS 9.2.1: iTunes 12.3.2: Windows 7 64 Bit: MS Outlook 2010:

I uninstalled my old iTunes and installed the the new version 64 bit successfully and with no errors.

Then I opened itunes, selected my iPhone Device and clicked on INFO Tab.

The first two options on this screen are "Sync Contacts" and "Sync Calendars".

There isn't a box which would allow me to choose one or the other option or both. This box seems to be missing in the program.

Has any one come across this situation?

This may well be that the program does not need these options and simply considers these options as a default option 😕

However I have not been able to sync outlook calendar or contacts with my iPhone.

Are there any words of wisdom out there from some kind soul for me?
