You could download the .docx template from Avery, and open it in Pages. You could download the Avery Design and Print software for Mac, and it gives you direct access to the 5160 label and data merge. You could export a Spreadsheet of name/address info as a CSV, and then import that into the Contacts application as a new Contact Group. Then from the File menu : Print, you have access to Avery label templates, and these are fed by the Contact group names.
