Sync Voice memos and music to new computer

Hi,

I recently moved to my first macbook from PC! I wanted to sync my phone with the itunes on my macbook. I imported the songs etc into iTunes. However, when I click on Sync, I get the pop-up that says it will delete all music and voice memos on my phone and take whats's on the itunes library. Now, the music is fine. I have the same stuff copied over to the itunes.

But, my itunes library has only 2 of 25 voice memos that I have on my phone (Those two got auto added today when I connected the phone. Got a message that said it has found 2 new voice memos, and whether to add to iTunes, and I said Yes).

How do I sync the phone with this new computer and not lose my Voice Memos?

Thank you

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1, Syncing with Macbook Air 11"
