How do I transfer photos from iPod touch to Win 10 PC?
I want to move photos from my iPod touch to my PC that is connected via the cable. iTunes recognizes the iPod. The iPod doesn't show up as a device in windows explorer.

Try using an image capture/camera import app.
Have you installed a camera or scanner app? Those can interfere with getting the iPod to show in My Computer.
