Feb 10, 2016 3:43 PM in response to 101titan101by Kenichi Watanabe,★HelpfulThe 2015 iPod shuffle is essentially the same as a 2012 shuffle. The main difference is color choice. They are both 4th gen iPod shuffles. They even come with the same headphones.

Feb 10, 2016 3:45 PM in response to Kenichi Watanabeby 101titan101,Hold on, Are you talking about the headsets or headphones?
Headphones: The type that come with the shuffle and only go inside the ear.
Headset: The big things that cover all your ears.

Feb 10, 2016 4:26 PM in response to 101titan101by Kenichi Watanabe,The 2015 iPod shuffle is essentially the same as a 2012 shuffle. Any headphones (very large to very small) that works with a shuffle from 2015 works with a shuffle from 2012.
FYI - "Headset" does not equal "The big things that cover all your ears." Headset usually means headphones with a built-in microphone. iPod shuffle does not make any use of a microphone.
