Use 2nd Time Capsule as Additional iMac Storage?

My 500GB iMac is quickly filling up, so I need more storage. I backup via Time Machine to a new-ish 3TB Time Capsule.

But I do have a previous Time Capsule (I think it's 1TB, but it might be 500GB).

My question: Can I use the older Time Capsule as additional storage for my iMac?

If so, how do I start? (A link is fine, though my own searches yielded nothing.)
