I can only hear through my left earbud but I can turn up and turn down the volume but cannot hear through the right. I've restarted my phone, I've cleaned out my earbuds but it's continues. Does anyone have advice or know what I should do?

test the headset in another device which also use 3.5mm minijack like a computer, stereo, tablet, sony walkman from the 1980's any device would do

test another 3.5mm minijack headset any would do in your phone

the results of these 2 tests will make it clear to you if your headset is defect or your phones headset connector is

Also check iPhone's Settungs > General > Accessibility > Adjust the audio volume between the left and right channels.

See if there is lint in the headphone jack. If the plug can't go in all the way you won't get sound on both ears.
