Notes do not sync from icloud On Macbook Pro

ONLY Notes on my Macbook pro 10.10.5 do not sync from icloud.

I have an Ipad, iphone and they do sync perfectly but does not happen with my macbookPro!

I have tried several thing but nothing works!

I have deleted my icloud account from my computer and then add it again
I have deleted library / caches
I have deleted "com.apple.notes" from library / containers

I do not know what else to do! PLEASE HELP!

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

First check that all your settings are correct, that notes syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the notes you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud notes will not sync.

Thanks Winston for answering me back. Yes I have checked that before I deleted my icloud account from my computer and then add it again. I am positive I have done everything that I was supposed to. I am not sure If I skipped a step or if the app is just not working.
