iPhone OS Upgrades
Hi all, I would like to find out if there is a way to upgrade the OS version on my phone from an older version but not to the latest i.e. from OS 8.3 to 9.0 when 9.2 is the latest?

No, only the highest available version of iOS is 'signed' by Apple for a device, so you will only be able to update to iOS 9.2.1 (i.e. the current version)
