Old ID replaced with a new ID issue

They're forever tied to the Apple ID that was used to obtain them.
Your problem cannot be solved using a different Apple ID.

This is for Apple ID. I made a new Apple ID and replaced my old Apple ID with my new Apple ID and when I update or download, it's making me enter the old ID but I don't know my old password. What do I do?
