I understand that you are having issues with downloading the VSCO app as another Apple ID is showing up to download it. To make sure that you are purchasing apps with your Apple ID, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and sign out of whatever account shows up and then sign back in with your account. Then try downloading the app again.
