Video + Music Apps iphone 6 plus playback error

Hello - I'm suddenly having issues playing music from the iphone app + Spotify, and playing any video from the internet or Youtube (Playback Error - Please tap to retry).

This is not related to my internet or modem, as it wont work on 4G either (And I tried in my works WIFI this morning)

This is the 3rd iphone 6 plus I have had in a year as the first 2 had to be taken back as thee touch screen was faulty. This one is only 6 weeks old (But I'm now out of warranty).

Anyone else experience this issue? Not sure if connected but having difficulty answering calls this morning also - swiping across but phone keeps ringing.

So far I have restarted iphone and done a hard reset (Pressing both buttons until phone reboots)

Very frustrating - any help appreciated.
