Magic Mouse

So, I bought a magic keyboard and a magic mouse for my Ipad and I just learned that you need to jailbreak your apple device to use a mouse? This is not right. Spend more than 200 euros for keyboard and mouse and the mouse doesn't even work on my Ipad. The sad thing is that on my ANDROID CELLPHONE my mouse does work? Isn't this a shame for apple? FIX THIS!
