Q: Why is my storage still full even after purchase?

After receiving warnings and notifications of having a full storage, I went ahead and managed my storage by purchasing 50GB for 0,99$ a month. I backed up my data and I am still receiving warnings about having a full storage. Is there anything that I missed doing ? Help would be appreciated and thank you.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Are you sure it is your iCloud storage that is full and not your phone.

Have you checked that your purchase has actually gone through and that your iCloud allowance has increased accordingly.

When I was receiving the warnings they suggested managing my storage, which is either by deleting some data or by purchasing storage, so I did. I made sure that it went through accordingly.

So what do you now see at settings > iCloud > storage.

I see that the full storage is 50GB, and the available storage is 44.2GB.

Then you seem to have done everything correctly, it may be that you just have to wait for the messages to cease.
