VoiceOver's Open Defect

Hi,

We are using VoiceOver 7.0 screen reader for Accessibility Testing. Earlier we found some Accessibility issue in the application for which we are doing testing. But after all there were some assistive technology tool (VoiceOver) issue, not all application's issue.

Now we are looking for the all open defect of the VoiceOver 7.0. So that we can improve our defect quality and accuracy. Please suggest where do i find all VoiceOver's Open Defect.
