How can I manually add music to sync when it only shows Manually sync videos and I have no playlists on my phone

I am having trouble with itunes since I updated to the latest. All my music in my library will not sync. I cant manually sync my music to my iphone either due to on itunes it says Manually sync videos
I have been trying to delete songs and add music from my computer onto itunes by dragging and it wont let me
Please help I have no clue what is going on?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 7.1.2

I understand that you're not able to manually manage music on your iPhone through iTunes on your computer. This may very well be indicative of iCloud Music Library being enabled on your iPhone or in iTunes.

If you're a member of Apple Music or have an iTunes Match subscription, you have iCloud Music Library turned on. When you have iCloud Music Library turned on, you can't manually manage music. You can still manage videos using the steps below.
