Need help with viewing purchases in App store

I sign in use my password and nothing happens ! The screen is blank . I can open the store , shop in the store , but when I click on purchases put in my user name and password it stays blank ! Anyone else have this problem ? I'm using iMac 10.9.5 Maverick system .
