Hi. When I draw with a pencil in my ipad universal, there is a small sector drawn. However if I use my finger, it does. Anyone know what I can do to use my universal pencil.

universal pencil, do you mean a third party or 'generic' stylus?
For example a rubber tipped stylus?
If so, they work, but are best for tapping, not drawing. The rubber tip simulates a finger touch, but it's not perfect.
there are higher end Bluetooth styli that work quite well (as I hear, haven't bought one yet) such as ones by Wacom or Adonit that are reported to work quite well on certain models.

It could be a lack of sensitivity to the stylus, could just be a random thing
if your iPad is still under warranty you could make an appointment and take your iPad in and have them check it out, make sure it's not a hardware issue
