Error 310 despite of being connected to the internet.

Hello.

I'm using the latest version of iTunes and error 310 still occurs even when i'm connected online. How do I go around this trouble? Tried every possible solution available online. I'm using a 3G dongle for my internet services. Hope to find a solution soon.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

I understand that iTunes is displaying an error, even when you're connected to the internet. This error can be produced as a result of iTunes not being able to properly communicate with Apple's servers. The article linked below details a number of steps that can help restore all necessary lines of communication between Apple and iTunes so as to silence the error message you're seeing.
