FCPX Creating NTSC region 0 or 1 with Toast 14 Pro

I am submitting my video to a film festival and it needs to be a blu-ray disk, NTSC region 0 or 1. I have toast 14 Pro. What is the best and/or easiest way to get it done from the finished edit in timeline?

My question is in regards to burning a Blu-ray disk from FCPX. Their website doesn't have any documentation for Toast Pro 14 . 😟 Thanks anyway.

Either DVD or BluRay from FCP X will satisfy the requirements. Region "0" for DVD means no restriction, which is the case for all DVD and Blu Ray burned from FCP X. I assume that by saying "region 0" they also mean region free in the case of Blu Ray, even though the name "region 0" is nowhere to be found in this case.
