Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity probs after iOS 9.2.1 update

After doing the iOS 9.2.1 update, my 6 is CONSTANTLY disconnecting from the wifi and Bluetooth. Sometimes, it doesn't even recognize it at home. And I know for sure that it's my phone, because no one else in my house is having this problem. When I get in my car and connect it to the Bluetooth through the car's system, I practically have to hold the phone upright in front of the stereo for it to pick up. If I lay it down in my lap, it disconnects. This all started happening since the iOS 9.2.1 update. I went into the settings and forgot all of my networks and reset them with the passwords again. STILL did not work. So frustrating...please help.
