No, sorry, but if you are referring to the Activation Lock (i.e., it is asking you to put in the Apple ID and password of the previous owner), there is no way around it short of having someone who knows that Apple ID and password remove the lock:

ACTIVATION LOCK

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you can return it for a refund, do so. You will never be able to use the phone.
