I see that your iPad is showing the storage is full, but it isn't. First I would suggest the following article to make sure you are looking in the correct place to check the storage on your iPad and interpreting what you are seeing correctly.
Check your storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
When you have verified that the storage information is indeed in error, I would suggest restoring the iPad as a step in the course of troubleshooting, see this article for instructions on how to do that:
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settingsBest regards.
