Bug in Mail while reading newsletters with different linked articles

Hello,

i think i got a bug in iOS.

my iPhone and my iPads react similar.

i generally read different newsletters, with some links in it.

so when i Click on a link, Safari opens and i can read the article.

when i go back to Mail, it shows the eMail i had open, when i jumped to Safari, but Mail shows the beginning of the message.

it doesn't remember exact the position, where i left Mail.

so i have to scroll down and search the next unread article.

i think older versions of iOS had an other behaviour and remembered the exact position...

somebody else with this problem?

how can i notice Apple about this?
