i have an iPhone 6 and I get phantom key stokes happeming when I am not touching any keys/bottons.

i mostly see this issue when im on the phone (using ear phones) with the phone on the table not touching it and random keys are getting pressed and a second call is placed. this is very bad! help..

Unless you've jailbroken the device, the most likely cause is a faulty display.

Make a backup to iTunes, then restore the device as new, then test the issue for 24-48 hours, or until it occurs again. If issue persists, the device has a hardware issue and needs service.
