Using musical typing causes the whole program window to flash between minimized and maximized view.
I've recently changed the interface and midi controller I use, but I don't see how that would make a difference. Now, when I use the musical typing function (Command + K), The whole program begins flashing between minimized and maximized view, and it won't stop unless I exit the program.
