Windows 10 stuck at login screen. Help!

I just installed Windows 10 on my Mac Bootcamp partition, but now whenever I boot in Windows, I get stuck on the lock screen, the one where I have to press ctrl+alt+delete to unlock. Naturally, that doesn't unlock the screen. I've tried an external keyboard, turning Wifi on and off, restarting in Safe Mode. Nothing works. Advice?
