I bought a used iPad2 a year back. Updated to iOS 9 stuck screen with a notification Apple ID verification for iCloud. But I forget to take iCloud password from seller. I m mailing him at his Apple ID mailing address but no reply.

Unless you can get the seller to give you the password or use iCloud Find My Phone to erase the iPad, it is worthless.
