Is it just certain videos doing it or all videos on YouTube site wide? Does it do it only on your home network or on any connection (wifi vs. cell)?
It's all videos and I couldn't tell you if it works on cell as I never use it unless I'm on WiFi. I'd also like to add that my iPad still works on YouTube on my home network.
I found that it was just on my home network and I had to reset network settings via Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. It all seems to be working well again.
