upgrade to 3.6

I currently have numbers 3.6 on my MacBook and ver 1.0,3 on my mac.

The object is to get the Apple Mac to run the same version as the MacBook.

When trying to download the upgrade, I get directed to the App Store that only provides an option to open it.

Is there any alternative method to down load the upgrade other that the app store?

Apple Watch, iOS 9.2.1

On the Mac you probably have two versions and didn't realize it.

In the Applications folder you have the latest version

In the folder "/Applications/iWork..." you have the older version

make sure you are launching the correct version

the other way to locate Numbers is to use Spotlight:

AS you can see in the spotlight search of my computer... the first item is the older version located in the folder "iWork'09", then second is the latest version located in the folder "/Applications"
