HD Cinema monitor problem with screen split on bottom

I have a Cinema HD monitor hooked up to my PC. Monitor is working fine but displays the top of the screen again at the bottom. Sort of a split screen in the bottom 2 inches all the way across. Tried on another PC and it does the same thing.

Anyone encounter this? Any fix?
