how to install iTunesOutlookAddIn.dll for Outlook 2013?

I cannot sync calendar and contact between Outlook and my iPhone. I do not see iTunes Plug-in in Outlook and do not find iTunesOutlookAddIn.dll in my computer. Does any one know how to fix this issue? Thank you.
