Whenever I try to type an email on my laptop, the email keeps constantly trying to save my progress which makes it very difficult to type. I'll read back through my email and there are letters or even words missing where the typing has stopped momentarily while it saves! Is there any way that this can be turned off so that I can just get on with it and type a *quick* email???

I don't know if it's just me, or if it's different when you are using a windows laptop rather than a mac, but I can't find a box to uncheck! Followed the instructions on the post you linked, but not got very far!!
