Apple Watch Timer and Alarm Canceling Themselves

I have had a 38mm stainless steel Apple Watch since June 2015, currently running Watch OS 2.0. For about the last 2-3 weeks when I set a Timer or an Alarm on the Watch, it appears to be active (the Timer runs, the Alarm shows as "on.") but somehow expires or cancels itself without ever alerting me. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software:

- Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

- Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Otherwise, it may help to restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;

- To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
