iPhone randomly vibrated once while in gmail account settings.

Hi there, I apologize in advance for being somewhat paranoid. However, earlier this afternoon I was running some security checks under gmail's account setting. While browsing through the security and privacy menus, my iPhone randomly vibrated one time. I wasn't doing anything at the time besides reading the settings options. I was just wondering what may cause this to happen, and should I even be concerned about this. Also, this is probably completely unrelated, but I did receive a scammer text that I promptly deleted shortly there after. I do not currently believe my security to be at risk. However these series of events felt very weird, almost creepy. Just wondering why my phone would just vibrate once, this was a few minutes before I had received that text by the way.
