Macbook Pro, won't turn on unless to disconnect and reconnect powers

Hi everybody,

I have Macbook Pro 13, A1278 model 2010. in order to turn on the computer I have to disconnect battery and power adapter and then reconnect.

If I even remover the battery the same thing I have to disconnect the power adapter and reconnect it to turn on the computer.

Any taught?

Please help
