I Have had a message come up on my screen saying need to change password in 54 mins and asking to continue of later what do i it keeps coming up
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1
I would venture to say it is a total scam. Can you post a screenshot?

What were you doing when this message pops up?
Do you have a corporate account?
What screen? What are you doing? Something on the Internet? Is your computer turned on or is the message being beamed there by space aliens? More information would help.
Strange, Home screen in portrait but message in landscape and to top it off with an image on its head.
