No service (iphone 6)

I have an Iphone 6 for T mobile I bought off of Ebay about a month ago, just today I have been experiencing problems with no service coming up in the top left corner. I have reset my phone multiple times restored from several back up's but it only seems to bring data back for about 2 minutes then it switches back over to no data....help
