Trouble downloading apps on my iphone 6s.

Do you have any app age rating restrictions set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is blocking them ?
You can try contacting iTunes Chat Support - https://www.apple.com/in/support/itunes/contact/
If there is a restrictions blocks present in the account they will make the necessary adjustments.
My iphone 6s is not letting me download any apps. I do not know if this is user error or phone error, but every time I go to download an app, the "get" button is not highlighted; therefore, I can't download anything.
