I regret updating apple version to 9.2.1 because passcode made mandatory. When I am on conference call, it gets locked and then ask for input passcode, go to the screen and take an action.
My question is how to turn passcode off?

Settings > Passcode > tap Turn Passcode Off.
Of course you need the valid passcode to turn it off.

The "Turn Passcode Off" option is grayed out and you can only change the password, I don't want a passcode and this option added back
