iPad 2 won't back up to my Mac
My iPad 2 won't backup to my Mac. Both have latest software updates. Seems to back up about 30 minutes then I get an error saying the iPad has disconnected. Happens with sync over WiFi or when cabled to Mac. I've changed cables and used different USB ports. I've shut down and completely restarted the Mac and iPad. Apple support has no idea. We've tried my husband's PC. Same result, will not backup to any computer. I have had success backing up to iCloud.
