Bounce mixes cutting notes short

Near the end of my mix, where it is a little busier, I'm getting notes cut short from how they play from the arrangement page. I'm using MP3, Offline,160 kbps, Quality: Highest, VBR, use best encoding, filter frequencies below 10Hz, Stereo Mode: Joint Stereo. It is most noticeable when using a doubled String/Choir sound in the higher registers. The tempo is 80 BPM and the problem notes are half notes and dotted half notes that are octave doubled.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm using Logic Pro X 10.2.1

One more detail. I am using HALion Sonic 2 as the source for these sounds.

Same result when bouncing to a 24-bit Wav file?

What about trying a real-time bounce.

Do any of the cutoff notes overlap the same note being played again, does Halion have a polyphony adjustment.

I just tried a realtime 24 bit wave export and it showed no symptoms, its just not what I need. I'll try a real time MP3 export tomorrow, it's late here.

Their are no note overlaps. The choir is on its own instance of HALion and it actually has a polyphony setting of ∞.

A 24-bit wave bounced successfully can easily be converted to the Mp3 format you need without loss of quality.
