How to burn music to CD without Apple Music interfering with the music I have purchased

I am trying to burn a CD, but every time I click "burn" a message pops up saying that I can't because some of the songs are from Apple Music, even though I recently purchased them. Every time I try to burn a CD, it ruins the disc so that it is not usable anymore, so I have wasted about three now. Also, the playlists from my phone and computer are not syncing up. I don't understand how to fix this and how to get these songs onto a disc. Please help.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Brielle,

Right-click the troublesome track in your playlist, and choose "Show in Windows Explorer." Does it show that the song has an actual audio file on your computer?

ed2345,

"Show in Windows Explorer" is not an option. I believe there is something wrong between my phone and laptop sharing music. I purchased the songs from my iPhone in the iTunes store, but when I get on my computer to burn the CD, it will not allow me to download the songs because it does not recognize the purchase. However, I receive a receipt, so I have documentation of the purchases.
