My phone won't respond after failing to restore it

My iPhone won't respond once failing to restart it and update it though my macbook air cause the home button couldn't work but it can work to the extent of restarting the phone but my phone won't start up again and it will show the apple logo for 5 seconds every time i try to restart with the home and lock buttons it will show up and go away again then when i just hit the lock button it will show the apple logo then a blocked screen telling me to try and connect it back to iTunes to try and restore again but nothings working the restoration on iTunes is coming up with an error 53 because of the home screen button being faulty i don't have any other solutions help !!!!!
